Q. How long does it take to photograph my house?
A. It depends on the size and a few other variables. A good rule of thumb would be to budget an hour for every 2000 square feet. If your house is 3000 square feet, expect the photographer to be there for around 90 minutes.
Q. What if I don’t think your photos are up to my expectations?
A. Contact us right away. We want to make it right, whatever that means. If you’re willing to have us out to photograph your house a second time, that’s always going to be our first choice. Keep in mind, we have a satisfaction guarantee. If you aren’t satisfied with our work, we’ll refund 100% of your money and you can keep the photos.
Q. How do I qualify for the $100 discount?
A. This is an easy one… Just schedule your HD Listing using our online order form and select the option that says “Save Money”. Put in your credit card number and pre-pay for your service. The $100 discount is shown in the total price.
Q. Who will be coming to my house to perform the service?
A. One of our amazing photographers will drive to your house, meet you, discuss the process with you and then photograph your home. Occasionally one of our managers may accompany a photographer to a home, for quality assurance and/or training. All of our photographers are vetted for professional appearance, professional demeanor and quality of work. If you experience anything less, be sure to let us know, right away.
Q. How do I deactivate my listing?
A. We will monitor your house in the MLS system and if we see your property status change, we will update our system. You can also send us an email and let us know you would like to deactivate the listing.
Q. How many photos are included in my listing?
A. The number of photos you use is extremely important. The more, the better. However, not every house is created equal. Our photographers will make the call on how many photos they are able to get from each property. We shoot many different angles in all the rooms, inside and out. We never want to miss a shot. You should expect upwards of 20 and as many as 35, depending on your home.
Q. Can I use these photos on my own website?
A. When you purchase our service, you are purchasing the rights to use the photos we produce in any way, shape or form. We are granting you a license to do anything you want with them. You can certainly use them on your own website.
Q. Can my realtor use these photos?
A. Just like the question above, we hope you love our photos so much, you want to share them with the world. You should certainly make sure your realtor gets a copy. Use them in any marketing material, websites, print and every thing else.
Q. How long after my session, will it take before I can see my photos?
A. We want to have your listing available as quickly as possible. It could be as quick as a few hours, but realistically, most will be available 24-48 hours after the photoshoot, barring any hold ups.
Q. I need help with staging my home for photos. Can you help?
A. Yes, but we have our limits. Our photographers have a great eye for making photos pop. They will often have advice on how to get your house to look like a dream home. They may even bring a prop or two or help you rearrange your house to make it look better.
